The primary characteristic is a big ability to change the size of the gaps during production so that it satisfies all demands regarding the stopping of small and big animals passing through. Its other characteristic is that it is easy to store and assemble. It is easily assembled on all terrains using wooden as well as metal poles.
Metal conveyorbelts are made of steel bright drawn wire.
These belts are especially used in production processes that don’t allow the use of belts made of other materials (e.g. rubber) due to high temperatures.
Weaved wire nets are made of high tensile wire of high tensile strength of over 1500 N/mm2, depending of dimensions. Wire nets are most commonly used for sieving abrasive materials such as stone, gravel, coke coal, etc. and that is why the quality of these products must be impeccable.
If requested wire nets can be made in different sizes and can be shackled with iron sheet.
We make crimped wire mesh of soft bright drawn wire of different dimensions. Line spacing differs and the mesh dimensions can be made in different sizes, although the standard size is 1.000x2.000 mm.
Maximum width is 2.000 mm and maximum length is 6.000 mm. If requested, mesh can be distributed with a protection layer of paint or plastic protection layer in various colors.
We manufacture nails out of steel bright drawn wire and hard wire of all sizes. There are several types of nails divided by their purpose in fallowing groups:
Annealed wire is made of bright drawn wire by heating it in protected environment without oxygen on a temperature of 680 to 700 Celsius.
During that process the structure of steel wire is changed and it becomes softer and easy to manipulate and twist. Its tensile strength is reduced to some 350 to 380 N/mm2.
We make bright drawn wire out of low carbon wire rod (C=0,06 – 0,10 %). In the process of extension of the wire the thickness of the wire is reduced and its tensile strength is increased to some 700 - 1100 N/mm2.
Our bright drawn wire matches the YUS C.B6.010, DIN 177 and EN 10218 – 10223 standards.
